OFFICIAL RULES OF AXION-NETWORKArticle 1.1 – This document establishes the code of conduct and responsibilities applicable to the entire Axion-Network community.
Article 1.2 – By connecting for the first time, players acknowledge having read and accepted these rules. Any updates are considered accepted immediately upon implementation.
Article 1.3 – These rules apply across all Axion-Network platforms (Minecraft servers, Discord, TeamSpeak, website, forums, etc.).
Article 1.4 – The Axion-Network administration reserves the right to modify this regulation at any time.
Article 1.5 – If the player is a minor, their legal guardians are responsible for ensuring compliance with these rules and for monitoring the use of Axion-Network’s services.
Article 1.6 – Some game modes may have specific additional rules visible directly in-game. These complementary rules have the same authority as this general regulation.
Article 1.7 – Axion-Network is first and foremost a community. Mutual respect is the fundamental value that ensures a positive experience for everyone.
Article 2.1 – Every community member must show respect toward other players, moderators, and administrators.
Article 2.2 – The following behaviors are strictly forbidden and subject to severe sanctions:
· Insulting, defamatory, hateful, threatening, or sexist messages
· Violent, sexual, discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, or homophobic behavior
· Harassment or abusive provocation toward others
· Sharing personal information (IP addresses, photos, addresses, etc.)
· Threats targeting the server or its members (e.g., DDoS threats)
· Impersonating another player or a staff member
Article 2.3 – Moderators may interrupt discussions if they become inappropriate. Political or religious debates are strictly forbidden.
Article 2.4 – Excessive use of capital letters, spam, and flooding are prohibited as they negatively affect the chat experience.
Article 2.5 – Good spelling and grammar are encouraged. Axion-Network staff may choose not to respond to unclear or poorly written messages.
Article 2.6 – False reports are prohibited and may lead to penalties for the reporting player.
Article 2.7 – Axion-Network is a European network. European laws and regulations apply to all activities across the platform.
Article 3.1 – Advertising other game servers in any form is strictly prohibited.
Article 3.2 – Promotion of YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, or similar platforms is allowed without links and without spam.
Article 3.3 – Players with the Partner rank may share links as long as it is done respectfully and without abuse.
Article 3.4 – Advertising personal social media (Snapchat, Instagram, X, etc.) is not allowed.
Article 4.1 – Creating or using multiple accounts is forbidden if the purpose is:
· Gaining multiple benefits (votes, /pay, /trade, etc.)
· Bypassing a sanction
Article 4.2 – Using another player as an intermediary to transfer items or privileges between your own accounts is prohibited.
Article 4.3 – Account sharing is tolerated, provided Articles 4.1 and 4.2 are respected.
Article 4.4 – Using VPNs or proxies with malicious intent, especially to bypass sanctions, is forbidden.
Article 4.5 – You are entirely responsible for the security of your accounts (Minecraft, Discord, etc.). Unauthorized access does not exempt you from responsibility.
Article 4.6 – Axion-Network cannot be held responsible for any moral or material damage in the event of hacking, nor for item or progress loss in-game.
Article 4.7 – Selling or trading accounts is strictly forbidden.
Article 5.1 – Unsportsmanlike Behavior
· Any behavior that disrupts gameplay is considered unfair play and will be punished.
· These rules do not apply to player-hosted games with their own custom rules.
Article 5.2 – Territories and Builds
· In modes with territory claims, it is forbidden to build close to another player with the
intent to annoy, grief, or disfigure their environment.
· All builds must comply with basic decency standards.
Article 5.3 – Trading and Economy
· Scamming players in any form is prohibited.
· Selling in-game items for real-world money is not allowed.
· Use /trade (when available) to secure your exchanges. Moderation does not intervene in disputes involving manual trades.
· Trades involving items bought via the webstore are allowed but are not moderated.
· Any item renamed to deceive another player will be removed.
Article 5.4 – Bugs and Exploits
· Exploiting bugs, glitches, or duplication exploits is strictly forbidden.
· Report bugs to the staff via Discord.
· Axion-Network does not refund items lost due to bugs or player error.
Article 5.5 – AFK and Automation
· Using anti-AFK systems that result in unfair advantages is strictly punished.
· Macros are tolerated only under these conditions:
o Auto-clickers only for farming stationary mobs
o Internal launcher features (e.g., AutoText)
o Mouse/keyboard macro bindings
o Commands like ./sell all, without third-party software
Article 5.6 – Client Modifications
Mods are forbidden if they give any unfair advantage. You may not alter how your client
communicates with the server.
Allowed mods include:
· Performance enhancers (e.g., Optifine)
· Visual upgrades (e.g., shaders)
· HUD improvements (armor display, potion effects)
· Gamma/brightness adjustments
Forbidden modifications include:
· X-ray or fullbright via data modification
· Combat, aim, or movement cheats
· Auto-reconnect/auto-heal scripts
Article 5.7 – Schematica
· Schematica is allowed for building farms or large structures.
· It is strictly forbidden in PvP situations (bridges, base defense, etc.).
Article 6.1 – On Discord (discord.gg/axionnetwork), your nickname must match your Minecraft username, link your accounts.
Article 6.2 – Any username change must be reflected across all Axion-Network platforms.
Article 6.3 – All rules of conduct also apply to Discord, and all other Axion-Network services.
Article 6.4 – Our Discord rules are available in the #rules channel of our official Discord : discord.gg/axion-network.
Article 7.1 – The moderation team can apply sanctions at any time for any behavior deemed harmful to the server, without prior warning.
Article 7.2 – Sanctions include (but are not limited to) :
· Warning
· Temporary or permanent mute
· Kick
· Temporary ban
· Permanent ban
· Partial or full data reset
Article 7.3 – Any breach of the rules may result in punishment without notice.
Article 7.4 – You may appeal a sanction via the official Discord, but the final decision rests with the administrative team.
